What we collect
- What you give us. Your name, mobile number, email, the property address, the size and condition of the home, dates you need work done, notes, and any photos you upload or text to us.
- What your device sends. The pages you visit on this site, the ad or search that brought you here (including Google click identifiers and campaign tags), your browser type and approximate location, and the phone number you call or text from.
- Calls and texts. If you call a number shown on this site, the call may be recorded and its source tracked by our call-tracking provider so we know which advertising works. Texts to our business number are stored with any photos attached.
How we use it
- To price the job, send you a written quote, schedule a walkthrough and perform the work you approve.
- To contact you about your request by text, call or email.
- To measure our advertising. We use Google Ads conversion tracking and CallRail call tracking. These tools set cookies and may match your activity to the ad you clicked.
- To protect the site from abuse. The quote form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to tell people from bots.
Who sees it
Your information stays with us and the service providers that run this site and our communications: our hosting provider, file storage, email provider, text-messaging carrier (Twilio), call-tracking provider (CallRail), Cloudflare and Google. They process it on our behalf and may not use it for their own marketing. We do not sell your information and we do not share it with other businesses for their marketing. Photos you send are stored privately, used only to price and perform the work, and are not published.
Text messaging
If you text us or tick the consent box on the quote form, we may text you about your request and related services. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any message to stop, HELP for help. See our text messaging terms. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of purchase.
How long we keep it
Quote requests and photos are kept while your request is open and for as long as we need them for our records, insurance and tax obligations, then deleted. You can ask us to delete your request and photos at any time by emailing info@signaturepropertyresponse.com.
Your choices
- Ask what we hold about you, ask for a copy, or ask us to correct or delete it: email info@signaturepropertyresponse.com.
- Stop texts: reply STOP. Stop calls: tell us on the call or by email.
- Limit ad tracking: use your browser's cookie controls and Google's ad settings at adssettings.google.com.
Security
Forms and uploads use encrypted connections. Photos are stored in private storage that is not publicly listed. No method is perfect; if we learn of a breach affecting your information we will tell you as the law requires.
Children
This site is for adults arranging work on property. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
